Not stoked on your gear? Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem, we have a 30 DAY refund policy, and a 60 DAY exchange/store credit policy. Items must be in brand new, unopened, unused condition with all original tags and packaging please.

 
To make the return/exchange process nice and quick, please create an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your item. With an RMA number, we will then have the tracking necessary to get to work on helping you out. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping unless your return is due to our error. You will also be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so please pack your item with love.

Create an RMA for the item you wish to return by emailing us at Support@7TwentyBoardshop.com. Make sure to include your order number in your email as well as the details of the item(s) you are returning along with the reason you are returning the item(s).

Once you receive your RMA, package your gear and write the RMA number on the back of your sales receipt in the Returns section. Also write your RMA number on the outside of your package.

It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our store for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once the return is processed. If you are requesting a refund you will receive a refund in the amount paid less shipping.
